Abstract: : If seeking renaissance in all aspects of life, a nation should first take education developing as priority number one as it is the fundamental process of any rising and evolution and now that education in Yemen has been experiencing too many issues to count as a result of the difficult current situation that the entire country is experiencing that caused damages to the infrastructure such as schools. In the same context teachers displacement and salaries not being paid especially in public sectors which lead households to enrol their children in private schools which in turn led private schools spread rapidly. The rapid spread of private schools had an impact on emerging ineligible private schools to provide remarkable and standard educational services. Right here, the issue arises, that is what is the reality of private schools in the capital of Sana’a? Where the current study aimed at identifying the reality of private schools in the capital of Sana’a from the point of view of principals and educational supervisors, and to achieve this goal the researcher developed a questionnaire consists of 32 items that included school fields and the study sample consisted of 142 principals, and 120 educational supervisors, using the descriptive approach. The results of the study showed that the reality of private schools was at an average level, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the variables of principals and educational supervisors and in terms of the type of educational and non-educational qualifications and years of experience.
