Abstract: The Noble Prophetic Sunnah is the second source of legislation, and it is the practical interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, and it was a target for haters to question the principles of Islam through it, and then spread suspicions against it, so they fought it (the Sunnah) and they dared it by means and forms of enmity. This research highlights a new type of this slander and hostility to the Sunnah Mustafa, peace be upon him, which is the phenomenon of the contemporary situation in the hadith through the means of communication, and here lies the problem of this research. The aim of this research: to highlight the phenomenon and know the roots of the movement and its emergence and to where it reached and what is the difference between it and the old situation, as well as revealing the clues that determine the causes of the contemporary situation. This research falls under the qualitative type, so the inductive approach was used by following the topics in the means of communication and knowing their owners and their rules. This research has concluded: that the phenomenon of the contemporary situation is more dangerous than the phenomenon of the situation that the predecessors confronted, so they use tools that appear to be knowledge to deceive the common people, and inwardly they are apostasy, and that the phenomenon of the contemporary situation is a new method for people to question the constants of their religion, which is one of the faces of the war against Islam under the pretext Thought, Science and Enlightenment. As well as proving that there is a new phenomenon developed in the hadith, and it has intensified with the emergence of the means of communication, and this phenomenon has different forms with the development of ways and means of life, and it is intended to demolish the second source of legislation for Muslims and thus destroy the entire religion.
