Abstract: The problem of this study arises from the high specificity of disbursing volunteer charity funds to those who are not in need; even if these payments are in the interest of achieving the goals of those alms, among those disbursements are the wages of charitable workers; thus, this research aims to show how important the processes of collecting and distributing alms are to various aspects of life; it also aims to show the importance of the wages of charitable workers; Where the researcher gathered material by looking through relevant literature, research, and past studies; then he analyzed it and came up with a conclusion. Some of the issues raised in this study have been clarified as a result of this research. The researcher collected the data through looking through relevant books, research, and past studies; Then he researched it, and this research has given light on some of the Fundamental Concepts, such as the definition of salaries and the enumeration of the Pillars of Lease Contracts, as well as their types. For the purpose of establishing a research Centre to look into "the role of wages in ensuring the success and continuity of alms collection and distribution. In addition the study discovered the critical relevance of the methods by which alms are collected and given, as evidenced by the religious, social, and political implications of these activities in all aspects of life. The study also found that the pay of field workers is extremely important. The study also found that the pay of workers in the sector of collecting and distributing alms are extremely important in ensuring the sustainability and success of charity.
