Abstract: : Learning a foreign language is not easy or easy, but with research and study it was possible to reach several ways to teach the language in a short time and with reasonable effort, and these methods have been put to the test, and the results are sometimes very satisfactory. The challenges and difficulties of learning the skill of reading in the Arabic language vary according to several reasons and many aspects related to language learning, for example, it is easy for the Arab to learn Persian or Urdu, and it is difficult for him to learn European languages or the Chinese language. The difference or similarity between one language and another is in the sounds, the nature of the structure of the language, the patterns prevailing in it, or the form of writing. The student in the field of learning the skill of reading in Arabic for non-native speakers is the issue that accompanies us in all the lectures. We always try to identify the problems and challenges that he faces when studying the Arabic language or any other language, especially in the reading skill, then we try to explain these challenges and then we put the treatment the appropriate. This paper studies the discovery of the challenges of learning the reading skill in Arabic for middle school students and the diagnosis of the causes of these challenges and the factors that helped in the presence of challenges that hinder learning Arabic for non-native speakers. International in Putrajaya - Malaysia, and to learn about challenges related to the nature and characteristics of the Arabic language and the difficulties they face in learning the skill of reading.
