Abstrak: Sebelum berlakunya pandemik Covid 19, pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam talian hanya merupakan satu pilihan kepada guru namun sekarang ini ia merupakan satu keperluan. Kajian adalah bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pandangan daripada guru sekolah tentang kesediaan guru terhadap pembelajaran dalam talian semasa pandemik Covid 19. Dalam proses perubahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran berbentuk tradisional dan digantikan dengan proses pengajaran dalam talian ini menunjukkan guru menghadapi pelbagai cabaran dalam menyesuaikan diri mereka dengan norma baharu. Reka bentuk kajian tinjauan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan semua data yang dikumpulkan adalah melalui soal selidik secara talian. Sampel kajian adalah seramai 300 orang guru. Analisis statistik deskriptif dijalankan untuk mendapatkan maklumat berdasarkan objektif kajian. Hasil dapatan kajian mendapati tahap kesediaan guru dari segi tahap pengetahuan pengajaran, kemahiran pelaksanan dan sikap guru adalah berada dalam tahap sederhana (3.13). Kesimpulannya, dengan kajian yang dijalankan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tahap kesedaran dan kesediaan guru dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam talian.
Abstract: Before the Covid 19 pandemic, online teaching and learning was only an option for teachers but is now a necessity. The study aimed to obtain views from school teachers on the readiness of online learning teachers during the Covid 19 pandemic. The survey study design used a quantitative approach and all data collected were through online questionnaires. The sample of the study was 300 teachers. Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to obtain information based on the objectives of the study. The results of the study found that the level of readiness of teachers in terms of the level of teaching knowledge, implementation skills and attitudes of teachers are in a moderate level (3.13). In conclusion, with the study conducted, it is hoped to increase the level of awareness and readiness of teachers in online teaching and learning.
