Abstract

Islamic management is shaped by the framework of tasawwur. Tasawwur Islam is also called the Islamic worldview, meaning an Islamic perspective or perspective that can be the basis for thinking, developing and practicing knowledge. Islamic Tasawwur has three main fundamental elements that need to be incorporated into management. The elements of Islamic Tasawwur encompass the relationship of humans with Allah as the Creator, the relationship of humans with other humans as creatures and caliphs, and the relationship of humans with the entire universe as creatures. This study intends to explore the first element which is hablum minallah and how it is related to management. The methodology used in the study is document analysis by analyzing previous literatures. The findings showed the principle of tawhid as a part of hablum minallah that plays crucial role in guarding and guiding an individual to manage the business practices and operations.
