Abstract

Abstrak: Kertas konsep ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kreativiti serta faktor keupayaan inovasi Guru Pendidikan Islam. Analisis literatur telah dijalankan ke atas kajian-kajian lepas dari tahun 2018 sehingga 2022. Di samping itu, terdapat beberapa isu dan masalah yang berlaku dalam kalangan Guru Pendidikan Islam (GPI) di sekolah rendah dalam melaksanakan Pengajaran dan Pemudahcaraan (PdPc) Pendidikan Islam bagi memenuhi aspek kreativiti dan inovasi memandangkan kedua-dua aspek ini ditekankan dalam Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia (PPPM) 2013-2025 untuk gelombang 3 (2021-2025) memberi tumpuan kepada kreativiti dan inovasi dalam Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran (PdP) di sekolah. Tambahan pula, fokus melahirkan pelajar yang kreatif dan inovatif turut diberi perhatian dalam pendidikan Islam berdasarkan kepada beberapa faktor kreativiti yang perlu ada terhadap seorang guru seperti ilmu pengetahuan, sikap kreatif, motivasi dan persekitaran. Selain itu, dalam membentuk minda inovatif dalam kalangan pelajar, GPI seharusnya memiliki keupayaan inovasi meliputi aspek penjanaan idea, pembangunan idea, pelaksanaan idea dan perkembangan idea. Justeru itu, kertas konsep ini diharapkan dapat menambah baik pengetahuan sedia ada dalam menjalankan kajian berkaitan kreativiti dan inovasi terutama dalam memastikan GPI sekolah rendah sentiasa relevan dan meningkatkan kompetensi dalam kreativiti dan inovasi Pengajaran dan Pemudahcaraan (PdPc) Pendidikan Islam dengan lebih baik seiring dengan kemajuan pendidikan negara era Revolusi Industri (RI) 4.0.

Abstract: This concept paper aims to identify the factors that influence creativity as well as the innovation capabilities of Islamic Education Teachers. Literature studies were conducted on past studies from 2018 to 2022. In addition, there are a number of issues and problems that occur among Islamic Education Teachers (GPI) in primary schools in implementing Islamic Education Teaching and Facilitation (PdPc) to meet the aspects of creativity and innovation as these two aspects are emphasized in the Malaysian Education Development Plan (PPPM) 2013-2025 for wave 3 (2021-2025) focusing on creativity and innovation in Teaching and Learning (PdP) in schools. In addition, the focus on producing creative and innovative students is also given attention in Islamic education based on several factors of creativity that should be present towards a teacher such as knowledge, creative attitude, motivation and environment. Besides, in shaping innovative minds among students, GPI should have innovation capabilities covering aspects of idea generation, idea development, idea implementation and idea development. Therefore, this concept paper is expected to improve the existing knowledge in conducting studies related to creativity and innovation especially in ensuring that the GPI of primary schools is always relevant and enhances the competency in creativity and innovation of Teaching and Facilitation (PdPc) Islamic Education better in line with the progress of the country's education of the Industrial Revolution era (RI) 4.0.
