Abstract: Man is civil by nature, and he can never live in isolation from others, Allah Almighty did not leave human society in vain, nay, he set the laws and fundamentals that will help man to mix with others, by preserving these fundamentals, life becomes pleasant for the individual and society. that is why, when the prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him migrated to Madinah and wanted to establish the Islamic state, he focused on consolidating the relationship between Muslims in the new society, whereby he fraternized between immigrants and supporters, Herein lies the problem of this research, as many Muslims in contemporary reality neglected adherence to these fundamentals and principles, and they rejected these systems that are extremely important in uniting the rows of Muslims, This led to the infiltration of weakness among them and the fading of their strength and their word, so this research aims to show the methods used by the Qur’an in dealing with a disagreement between Muslims in the social system, as well as the methods that the messengers adhered to in calling their people to unity and non-discrimination, and the researcher will use the inductive approach in writing This research follows the Quranic verses and the hadiths of the Prophet, which show the extent of Islam's interest in the unity of the Islamic nation, especially in the social system, then the researcher will put these studies on the contemporary reality to find out the problems and obstacles that the Islamic nation faces in this aspect, One of the most important findings of the researcher is that Islam cares a lot about the unity of the nation, as it laid the fundamentals, laws, and systems that preserve the unity of the Islamic community from dispersion and diaspora, and that one of the biggest problems that lead to disagreement and discord among Muslims is the Muslims’ negligence from these systems that Islam established.
