Abstrak: Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti strategi guru Pendidikan Islam dalam menerapkan nilai akhlak Islamiah di sekolah rendah. Isu keruntuhan akhlak dalam kalangan murid sekolah semakin membimbangkan selari dengan perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan sosial semasa. Walaupun pelbagai kajian terdahulu telah membincangkan kepentingan pendidikan akhlak serta peranan guru, kajian yang meneroka secara mendalam strategi sebenar yang diamalkan oleh guru Pendidikan Islam dalam konteks bilik darjah sekolah rendah masih terhad, khususnya menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Oleh itu, kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui temu bual separa berstruktur bersama empat orang guru Pendidikan Islam di sekolah rendah terpilih. Data dianalisis secara tematik bagi mengenal pasti pola strategi penerapan akhlak yang diamalkan oleh guru. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa strategi penerapan nilai akhlak Islamiah dilaksanakan melalui contoh teladan guru sebagai qudwah hasanah, pendekatan kasih sayang dalam hubungan guru dan murid, serta integrasi nilai akhlak dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Kajian ini menyumbang kepada pemahaman praktikal tentang peranan guru Pendidikan Islam sebagai agen pembentukan sahsiah murid, serta memberi implikasi terhadap penambahbaikan amalan pengajaran Pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi cabaran pendidikan semasa.
Abstract: This study aims to identify the strategies of Islamic Education teachers in implementing Islamic moral values in primary schools. The issue of moral decay among school students is increasingly worrying in line with the development of technology and current social changes. Although various previous studies have discussed the importance of moral education and the role of teachers, studies that explore in depth the actual strategies practiced by Islamic Education teachers in the context of primary school classrooms are still limited, especially using a qualitative approach. Therefore, this study uses a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews with four Islamic Education teachers in selected primary schools. Data is analyzed thematically to identify patterns of moral implementation strategies practiced by teachers. The study findings show that the strategy for implementing Islamic moral values is implemented through the role of teachers as role models as qudwah hasanah, a loving approach in teacher-student relationships, and the integration of moral values in the teaching and learning process. This study contributes to a practical understanding of the role of Islamic Education teachers as agents of student character formation, as well as providing implications for improving Islamic Education teaching practices in facing current educational challenges.
