التكيف النفسي لطالاب الجامعة مع املقررات الجامعية وعالقته بالتحصيل الدراسي [UNIVERSITY’S STUDENTS PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION TO THE SYLLABUS AND ITS RELATIONSHIP TO THE ACADEMIC ATTAINMENT]

Abstract

ملخص : يعتبر التعليم دافعاً قوياً للمجتمع فهم الذي يمده بالكفاءات والخبرات المختلفة، كما يتزايد اإلهتمام بين المختصين للتعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في التحصيل  الدراسي للطلاب ، ويعتبر تكيف الطالب النفسي مع ما يواجهه من صعوبات أولى خطوات النجاح في المرحلة اجلامعية . وقد تكونت عينة البحث من 140 طالب و طالبة من كلية الرتبية طرابلس، وإستخدم المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح ، حيث هدف البحث إلى تحديد العلاقة بين الحالة النفسية للطالب في التكيف مع المقررات الجامعية ومستوى التحصيل الدراسي. ومعرفة العلاقة بين نوع الكلية وتخصص وجنس الطالب في التكيف النفسي مع المقررات ومستوى التحصيل الدراسي. وقد كانت نتائج البحث إلى أن هناك علاقة قوية بين التكيف النفسي مع المقررات ومستوى التحصيل الدراسي، فكلما كان الطالب مكتيفاً نفسيا كان مردوده الدراسي كبري. كما توصل البحث إلى أن الكليات العلمية والتخصصات العلمية أكثر تكيفا من التخصصات األدبية. وأن هناك علاقة قوية بين جنس الطالب والتكيف النفسي مع المقررات جاءت لصاحل الطالبات.

Abstract: This paper is part of a larger study investigating the psychological relationship between adapting to the syllabus and the level of educational attainment among the university’s students. The main data generated from 132 students of the Tripoli University, Libya as samples of this study. As for the statistical method, SPSS and Amos programs are used to perform data analysis. The findings showed a relationship between the variables of students’ adaptation the level of educational attainment. The research also found that there is no relationship between the university environment (as a mediator variable) and the educational attainment. However, it showed the relationship between the variables of adaptation, the university environment and the level of educational attainment. This paper urges the need to pay attention to curricula and syllabus by officials on university education and its institutions, and teachers in the development of curricula that are consistent with the local environment.
