Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini membincangkan tentang kesahan kandungan untuk tujuan penilaian soal selidik kajian. Kesemua item dibina berdasarkan adaptasi ke atas beberapa teori dan model pengurusan serta kajian literatur yang telah diperolehi dari dalam dan juga luar negara. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesahan kandungan soal selidik pengaruh faktor kemampuan perumahan terhadap kesejahteraan hidup bagi golongan B40 di Pantai Timur menggunakan Nisbah Kesahan Kandungan (CVR). Kaedah pengukuran kuantitatif menerusi Content Validity Ratio (CVR) dan Content Validity Index (CVI) telah digunakan bagi menilai item-item tersebut samaada perlu untuk dikekalkan ataupun digugurkan. Dua belas pakar dipilih bagi menilai dan mengesahkan kandungan soal selidik. Soal Selidik ini melibatkan item dengan faktor utama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa soal selidik ini mempunyai kesahan kandungan yang baik dan membuktikan soal selidik ini berpotensi besar untuk digunakan bagi mengenalpasti pengaruh faktor kemampuan perumahan terhadap kesejahteraan hidup bagi golongan B40 di semenanjung Malaysia menggunakan nisbah kesahan kandungan (CVR).

Abstract: This article discusses content validity for the purpose of evaluating research questionnaires. All items are built based on the adaptation of several management theories and models as well as literature studies that have been obtained from both inside and outside the country. This study aims to examine the content validity of a questionnaire on the influence of housing affordability factors on the well-being of life for the B40 group in the East Coast using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR). Quantitative measurement methods through Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI) have been used to assess whether the items need to be retained or dropped. Twelve experts were selected to evaluate and confirm the content of the questionnaire. This Questionnaire involves items with key factors. The results of the study show that this questionnaire has good content validity and proves that this questionnaire has great potential to be used to identify the influence of housing affordability factors on the well-being of life for the B40 group in peninsular Malaysia using the content validity ratio (CVR).
