Abstract

Abstract: The research deals with the issue of imaginative miracles in the Holy Qur’an from an ‘ilm bayan standpoint. Since the style of writing eloquence and statement had a great deal of philosophical dryness in presenting the idea, this affected their approach to the Qur’anic text, so that the problem of the lack of interconnectedness of the texts appeared, and the lack of attention to the unity of their structure in most cases. Instead of dealing with the texts of the Qur’an as having a single structural unit, they were presented in an individual way, consisting of elements, words, and letters; this is a simile, that is a metaphor, and this is a metaphor. Thus, the structural unity of the Qur’anic text was lost, with the scarcity of writing in this field. One of the goals of this research was to introduce artistic imagination and highlight miraculous images in the Holy Quran. The research used the qualitative approach in analyzing the Qur’anic phenomenon and followed it with the inductive approach to trace the verses of the Holy Qur’an and formulate them with artistic imagination. Its most prominent results were that the method of artistic imagination is the finest tool for reaching the unity of the structure of the Qur’anic text, its cohesion and harmony, because of its consistency, suggestion, shadow and interconnectedness, resulting in a comprehensive unity. This became clear through the analysis of verses of proverbs, scenes of bliss and torment, and stories of the Qur’an, thus contributing to everyone concerned with the science of explanation, miracles, and interpretation.
