Abstract

Abstrak: Aktiviti kesukarelawanan merujuk kepada kegiatan yang bersifat sukarela tanpa mengharapkan apa-apa keuntungan atau hasil dari kerja yang dilakukan. Aktiviti sebegini mendatangkan pelbagai manfaat kepada sukarelawan yang terlibat kerana dapat memupuk nilai-nilai murni yang selari dengan asas ajaran agama Islam yang berpandukan al- Quran dan as-Sunnah. Keterlibatan golongan pelajar remaja dalam aktiviti sukarelawan mampu membentuk jati diri seorang Muslim yang sejati, berketerampilan tinggi untuk menerajui kepimpinan sesebuah negara di masa akan datang. Namun,sikap sukarelawan harus dibentuk melalui penghayatan amalan agama yang dididik secara berterusan baik di rumah ataupun melalui pendidikan formal di sekolah. Sikap sukarelawan ini juga dikesan dapat membantu meningkatkan tahap kesedaran masyarakat terhadap sikap kerja sosial yang baik terutamanya di kalangan pelajar yang kian meningkat bagi melahirkan modal insan yang berakhlak dan berkarisma dalam mendepani arus globalisasi. Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk menentukan tahap amalan beragama terhadap sikap sukarelawan pelajar tingkatan empat sekolah menengah Agama di daerah Hulu Langat. Kajian yang dijalankan ini merupakan kajian kes yang menggunakan reka bentuk kajian kuantitatif dengan teknik pensampelan bertujuan yang dipilih berdasarkan ciri-ciri populasi dan objektif kajian. Seramai 226 orang responden yang terdiri daripada pelajar aliran agama yang berada di tingkatan empat di tiga buah sekolah menengah agama swasta sekitar daerah Hulu Langat, Selangor. Kajian ini menggunakan borang soal selidik sebagai instrumen kajian dibina sendiri oleh pengkaji dan dari kajian lepas yang bersesuaian dengan konstruk pengetahuan agama meliputi bidang akidah, ibadah dan akhlak. Data daripada borang soal selidik telah dianalisis dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) untuk Windows (versi 26.0). Analisis deskriptif dan inferensi dilakukan ke atas data daripada borang soal selidik yang diambil dari kalangan responden secara bertulis. Hasil kajian diharapkan dapat membantu lebih ramai golongan pelajar terlibat dalam aktiviti sukarelawan kesan pengamalan agama yang baik untuk membentuk jati diri pelajar muslim yang bersahsiah tinggi selari dengan tuntutan agama.

Abstract: Volunteer activities refer to voluntary activities without expecting any profit or result from the work done. Such activities bring various benefits to the volunteers involved because they can cultivate good values that are in line with the Islamic religious teachings which are guided by the Quran and the Sunnah. The involvement of teenage students in volunteer activities is able to form the identity of a true Muslim, with high skills to lead the leadership of a country in the future. However, the attitude of volunteers should be formed through the appreciation of religious practices that are continuously taught either at home or through formal education at school. This volunteer attitude was also found to help increase the community's awareness of good social work attitudes, especially among students who are increasing in order to produce moral and charismatic human capital in the face of globalization. The objective of this study is to determine the level of religious practice towards the attitude of volunteer students of the fourth form of religious secondary school in Hulu Langat district. The study conducted is a case study that uses a quantitative research design with purposive sampling techniques selected based on the characteristics of the population and the objectives of the study. A total of 226 respondents consisting of religious students who are in the fourth grade in three private religious secondary schools around Hulu Langat district, Selangor. This study uses a questionnaire as a research instrument built by the researcher himself and from previous studies that are compatible with the construct of religious knowledge covering the fields of faith, worship and morals. Data from the questionnaire was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for Windows (version 26.0). Descriptive and inferential analysis is done on data from questionnaires taken from respondents in writing. The results of the study are expected to help more students get involved in volunteer activities, the effect of good religious practices to form the identity of Muslim students with high character in line with religious demands.
