Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify the prospective legal frameworks necessary for developing health law from the perspective of Islamic Sharia. The research problem originates from the relative obsolescence of the current Libyan health law, which necessitates substantial revision and reformulation of its legal provisions to accommodate contemporary circumstances and variables. The significance of the study is demonstrated through its examination of proposed legal frameworks for Libyan health law. The study's findings reveal that these legal frameworks are bifurcated into two primary dimensions: reforming legislation pertaining to the Libyan health system, and incorporating the perspective of Islamic Sharia within these legal frameworks. The study recommends the imperative of fostering discourse on the health law draft and reformulating its provisions in accordance with the political, economic, social, legal, and health developments that Libya has recently been experiencing.
